Proof of purchase
I am at my wits end with Xfinity. My daughter locked her iPhone and Apple said I needed a proof of purchase. Call Xfinity they can’t help , have to go to a store. The store cannot provide proof of purchase. What am I suppose to do now!?

Hello @user_p816rn, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. Are you able to located the phone information and purchase information through your Xfinity Mobile App? It should show the purchase of the device and its line. You should be able to locate your purchase details online, or through the Xfinity app. On the app, you would need to go to "Account", then "Xfinity Mobile", then "Billing" and scroll all the down to the bottom of the page where it will list your orders by date.

Xfinity sold me a used ipad listed as brand new. When I opened the box and proceeded with setup it showed activation lock by owner. I have spent countless hours with xfinity giving me bad info. Did you ever get your situation rectified? Paying 58 dollars a month for a brick is awful.
