Promotion/contract ending soon - assistance needed

Hello, my two-year internet promotion/contract is expiring soon.  I'd like to extend for a couple more years.  Can you please help?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityJeniece​ hi, I have the same issue. But I'm unable to find a direct message icon. I'm on a android if that matters. My promotion for modem and xfi end next month and my bill will double. I'm considering switching to quantum fiber. But I'd much rather stay with xfinity

Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.
