Promotional Visa debit card can't be used
Received this visa debit card from Xfinity.
I've activated it and set the PIN. I can see the balance on website but I can't use it anywhere. Restaurants, markets, gas, and online, all declined.
Resetting the PIN does not help.
What else should I do?

Hi there! Have you tried calling the phone number on the back of the card for support?

Did you notice if the card had expired? I think they have a 6 month usage, but they all come with the expiration date on them like any other debit card.
