Promotional virtual MasterCard

I signed up for Xfinity now mobile December 27th under your promotion of receiving a $50 MasterCard virtual MasterCard I have yet to receive it I can't get through to your 800 number no one seems to understand I can't get through to your store cuz you haven't 800 number I don't want to have to go into the brick and mortar store because I already went there and they told me that they're Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable or whatever but they're not Xfinity now mobile so I went 40 minutes in one direction that I came back 40 minutes I really think that it's irresponsible for you guys just to have that one outsource number it's horrific and your Xfinity assistant is the worst I would really like to get that virtual MasterCard cuz now you're offering $100 for the same promotion I didn't get December 27th now you're offering $100 I'm furious
