Promotional Gift Card Expired last week!

Hi, I misplaced my promiontal gift card messages and just noticed it expired at the end of December, just when I remembered it and was going to use it. :( Is it possible to get it extended / re-issued? Thanks.

I see older posts about sending a direct message, but I do not see how any longer as these psots are over a year old.

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.

enlil242 That feature does not get activated until your first public post completed. If you log out and then back in, that feature should be up and running and ready to go.
