Promo expiring
Hi! I'm on a promo rate contract for home internet that will be expiring soon. I did an online chat with a representative earlier this week, asking how I might avoid a large rate increase. They said a billing specialist would reach out to me via phone or e-mail with some solutions. I never heard back. Can someone assist in connecting us? Thanks in advance!
