Promised gift card
Hi,
I have not received the promised gift card, and I signed up for the WiFi 7 months ago. I called about a week ago and was told it would be emailed to me, but I have still not received the gift card. I am getting frustrated as I do not have the time to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to speak with customer service. Is there a way for this to be resolved without me calling customer service?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
