Promised $400 mobile promotion denied after I followed Xfinity employee instructions
Promised $400 mobile promotion denied after I followed Xfinity employee instructions
I signed up for Xfinity Mobile, an Apple Watch line, and home internet based in part on a $400 promotional gift card. I returned to an Xfinity store specifically to activate my phone, but an employee told me to activate it at home instead. I followed those instructions. I’ve now been told I’m ineligible for the $400 promotion specifically because I did not activate in store. I’d like this escalated and reviewed by Xfinity Support / Executive Customer Relations.

Hey @user_32npzx , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding your promotional offer. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. We have received your direct message and will reply soon. Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads-up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you.
