Professionalism

I expect to be lied to by regular chat people. They surprise me when they do what they say get done. BUT WHEN THE SUPERVISORS START LYING IN RANDOM PACKS LIKE YOU GUYS ARE TAKING CLASSES THATS A PROBLEM

The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

When XFINITY WAS PROFESSIONAL THEY WERE GREAT NOW THEY HAVE IDEAS AND LESS HONOR IN SERVICE $100 where is my money and STOP HOLDING PEOPLES ACCOUNT HOSTAGE. I am waiting for other NETWORKS TO GET BETTER SO I CAN CHANGE
