About me

I am a long time customer of Xfinity. I was with Xfinity when it was just COMCAST. I was there when being with COMCAST was considered a PRIVILEGE. NOW I am here witnessing it's DEMISE. I was there when CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANT SOMETHING AND EVERY FACSET OF COMCAST WHETHER IT CAME UNDER THE NAME OF ANOTHER SUBSIDERAY WAS TREATED WITH THE UPMOST RESPECET. I WAS WITH COMCAST WHEN THEY KNEW THE BEST WAY TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT CUTTING AWAY AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MODEL BUT WHEN SOMEONE IN CHARGE KNEW THAT SAVING MONEY SHOULD NEVER COME AT THE COST OF EXCELLECE. NEVER! TRIM FAT YES, I GET IT. BUT I COULD HAVE FOUND AT LEAST 10 YES TEN DIFFERENT MARKETING WAYS WHERE YOU COULD INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND SELLS WITHOUT COMPROMISING YOUR INTERGRITY. AT LASTLY I AM HERE NOW REGRETTING THE MONOLPOLY COMCAST-XFINITY HAS CREATED AND ASHAME THAT I HELPED WHEN THEY WERE SUPERIOR SERVICE....
