Problems with Xfinity overall
Have been with you for several years and it’s about to come to an end.
My data keeps increasing but yet I can’t get any info as to which device is causing the problem. I don’t understands as you collect it per device in order to keep tally so?????
I have never had the speed I’m paying for and you have sent various people out and I still have an orange wire running across my property up to the street for the past 3 months.

Hi @user_b4mu17,
Thank you for visiting our community forums support page again. Your experience is not what we strive to provide, rest assured our team will do all that we can to make your next several years with us much more pleasant.
Starting with your data concern, most teams are unable to see the usage of each device of your household in particular. We actually have to ask for consent to even view devices on the customers network when troubleshooting if that gives you in inkling as to why that information is not readily available. Something to consider is that many devices run background updates and use data when you are least thinking about it. All of our new internet plans include unlimited data at no additional cost, we can certainly take a look at your account to see if one of those new Internet plans would be a good fit for you. Our team handles all things Xfinity so at the same time we can dive deeper into your speed issue and faciltate the bury of that wire that has been on your property. To get started, please send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
