Price Increase

Trying to get a hold of customer service vial phone or assistant is not an easy process and you just get bounched back to the automated assistant. Had two price increases in a year? $82 a month for internet only is ridiculous. 2/24 was $45, 3/24 was $60, now $82 almost 32% price increase??  loyalty and retention is not something Xfinity strive at. New customer with a mobile line is $30 where existing end up with an 84% price increase over a year

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @axdexter_1 thank you for taking time to create a post. I completely understand wanting to check on promotions with the increase to your billing, and sorry to hear of the issues getting connected with support via phone or assistant. We are in the process of updating the automated system to make it easier to get in touch via those methods here shortly.

You've contacted the right place for assistance. I wanted to find out if you have checked the self-service option of logging into your account online or through the Xfinity App, then put your address in the plan builder: https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder to see if you can find any available promotions?

There are no promotions listed. My basic internet is $82. As stated above 84% increase in a year for internet. I cannot not see operating cost increasing that much. There is no easy way to discuss options.

We would be happy to see if we have anything available on our end. I am always working to keep my monthly billing rate low. You have reached the right place! Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and full address?
