How do I get a prepaid shipping label to return a tablet sent to me as a loyalty reward

Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity for assistance with your concern regarding your tablet. 

We would be more than happy to assist you with this process. 

In order to get started I would ask that you reach out to us via a Direct Message using the following process so that we can review your account without revealing any sensitive information;

Please send us a Direct Message including your full name on the account as well as your service address.

Instructions to do so are below, and we look forward to being able to assist you further!  (I have included an example below the instructions that may be of some assistance with the direct message process.) 🙂

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
