Prepaid internet

My xfinify prepaid devices been off since September last year in im trying to get it turned back on but When I look up the account or put my number in it say they can’t find me who can I contect because everytime I put my number in it’s say they cant find account in this the number I was using before it got turned off is there a number I can call to talk to somebody in not a machine
