Pre-Paid Card

When I joined XFinity I was told by my technician that there was a $180 benefit for being in the military. I have confirmed my military status. What process do I need to follow to obtain the card?

Hello user_0glzwb. Thank you so much for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums, and thank you for your service to our country! I am looking up the offers available for our military members, and currently I am not seeing the offers for a $180.00 prepaid card. I'm sorry that you may have missed out on this promotion. It looks like it ended on 11/21/24. When did you submit your request? If it was before 11/21/24 you can request support by phone and email listed in our FAQ's

@XfinityPaula Hi there! I joined XFinity well before that. I just confirmed my military status today. I was told of the benefit about a month of two ago well before the 21st of November.

u/Sacred_Flame88 Thanks for letting us know. From what I am reading about these pre-paid cards as long as you requested the card prior to 11/21 once your military status is confirmed please allow 14-16 weeks for fulfillment. You should have received an email from yourcard@xfinityincentivetracker.com with your virtual prepaid card once fulfilled.
