Prepaid $200 virtual debit card expired

Good afternoon,

I signed up for Xfinity last year and overlooked the email with the $200 prepaid debit card. I did not know it had such a short expiration of 6 months, which is not the case for every prepaid debit card I have ever received. I have been happy with Xfinity service and would like access to the debit card, considering I did not spend any of the balance. I would appreciate any help in this manner, thank you!

user_8p2huc Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and taking the time out of your day to contact us! We are happy to work with you and get a new card sent out if possible. To get started can you send us a DM with your full name and service address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Hello,

I am having the same issue. The expiration on the card included in the email had an expiration of 12/27, which I believed to be card's expiration. I would like t be able to use the funds, as I had not used any of them previously. I would appreciate help as well, thank you!
