So here’s what happened

I first moved to Washington in August 2023 and I got Xfinity service. It was very bad so when the router got so hot, I couldn’t touch it. I went in and tried to cancel it. There’s a note that I tried to cancel it. The note is about mobile service turns out, the Internet was never canceled for four months and unless I pay a 400+ dollar bill they won’t do anything. They can’t do anything for Services that I didn’t use And there is proof of in their computer they can see it, but they can’t even credit it off or just write it off to reactivate my Internet. I’ve got the Xfinity equipment against it in my house. They did give me an active account. And the gentleman here at the store know all about it and I’ve talked 21 people to try to resolve this every single time I get hung up on and the store needs to give their employees a little bit more power, but I really need some help with this. This is crazy my Internet back I’ve already prepaid on my current bill  I can’t even use and nobody cares, Besides the gentleman in the store that completely see and understand and know that I should have my service restored. I desperately need someone to step in and fix this so I can be become a paying customer again or I’m just never ever I’ll go out of my way to never use anything Xfinity or Comcast. My mobile phone is currently waiting until the 26th to move over and I can’t do that either so do you guys wanna make money or you gonna make me pay for stuff I didn’t use it doesn’t make sense, They said they wish they could turn my Internet on but they cannot do it for reasons that it looks like it’s a charge off they said which I never got any notification of and it’s been nearly a year otherwise I wouldn’t be trying to switch out of Verizon back to Xfinity not trying Steal Internet service I didn’t know that they didn’t cancel it when they said that they did. I need help. It’s been five days of talking to 21 people and the gentleman in the store is like dude… I wish we could help you somehow and I talked to several of them. It’s a freaking Internet monopoly in Puyallup, Washington For goodness sake, I can’t take this Verizon 4G and I don’t have any Internet and I’ve prepaid my bill so you guys took money from me, I got service for two days. I still have your equipment. now you wanna steal Even more for what I never used. I wish we could help you, let them help me more or help me.

Just to confirm, you have an account which has had service removed due to a nonpayment associated with another account from 2023?

@XfinityMarcus​ yes… I had the service for two months which it shows in the system and the guy on the phone told me and in the store that they can all see I only used it till August so I used it for two months at the most, and the old equipment was returned and the bill that’s left is a charge off as they call it for over $400 and I never used it. I even tried returning the for this stuff and canceling it but the only note that was put in there was about mobile service being canceled not Internet and it was never canceled so I didn’t even know you were billing me for many months of service I never even used or knew I had.

The guys at the store said they put in a ticket to see what would happen but everybody’s in agreements that the bill left. I never use the service and it was supposed to be canceled, but they only put a note from August of last year about mobile service.?

@XfinityMarcus​ Tariq at the store gave me a Post-it note with the old account number and all that stuff and the manager and another guy. All three of them did their best and they were good. They tried, but there’s nothing they can do can’t afford that never used it and I thought it was canceled. This is just strictly about Internet never being canceled. Why it wasn’t canceled I have no idea
