power of attorney

How do I change ownership of my father's accounts to me.  I have Durable Power of Attorney.

So far very frustrating trying to get any help on Comcast website.

Hello @user_e92521 we do have a few options on your end where you can start the request, you can change ownership here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-ownership-changeor you can get added as a user here's some information on that https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts

To speak to an agent directly  Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I don't have the account login information to do the first link.  there is no Chat icon on the top right of page.
