Phenomenal. Thank you. It's a wonderful experience to be a customer with so many hoops to jump through before im able to contact a company that I give hundreds of dollars a month to.

But please forgive me for not reading the rules first. I've been trying to solve a simple problem for several hours, so I'm a tad impatient.
