I have a one-inch cable running diagonally across my roof (obvious improper installation), I would like it removed. I've received two repair ticket numbers and nobody at Comcast appears to take me seriously when I inform them that I'm ready to "cut this cable". Some guy in Denver (Duke) even informed me that he was going to take "ownership of the situation"! How difficult can it be to fix shoddy work???????

Hello, @user_844df6. Thanks for making us aware of this cable wire installed across your roof. I'd love the opportunity to help resolve this as quickly as possible. I would be more than happy to review the status of these tickets to see what's going on.

In order to get started, can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

No need to send the message to me directly. Please send the private message to Xfinity Support. I'll be able to assist you from there, @user_844df6.

This is ridiculous. There is no private messaging button in the upper right hand corner!

Once again, I need someone to come out to my  residence and remove  a poorly installed cable. I've gone through the phone tree (wasting more then an hour trying to reach someone that actually know what they are doing) I've gone through this forum. Does anybody actually have a pulse in this worthless organization?

Here are the repair tickets that no one wants to address

Here's Duke's direct phone number, leave him a message and see if he'll call you back (good luck).

I apologize you are struggling to find the button, however, it is there, I am looking at it right now! See the little icon that looks like a text bubble from a comic strip? It is just left of the bell which is also just left of what would be your account display picture. If you do not see that, you have not signed in yet and will need to do so.
