Portability
I contacted Xfinity to inquire about porting, and they said the plan would be $10 for a year, and I would receive $830 in credit for the exchange of the device. I know the difference is up to $830 and a flat $830 discount. But now they said it would be up to $830. I will wait and see if I will receive this discount, since I ported services for the Plan discount and for the exchange of the device, otherwise I would have switched to Verizon.

I know that the website said up to $830 for the exchange. But I spoke to customer service and they said that if I finished the portability and trade-in I would get the maximum discount of $830, so I changed my carrier, also because I was unhappy with the service. But now Xfinity only shows the $430 discount, so I complained and they said it would be resolved in 24 hours. I've spoken to several attendants and nothing.

The worst cell phone company out there. Unqualified employees. Terrible service. Misunderstood customer service. I do not recommend it. You will be frustrated with the terrible customer service this company has.
