popcorn kit

I received a postcard for a free Popcorn kit for being a Rewards Member. Has anyone actually received it? I sent my husband to get it & they actually expected him to stand in line & talk to a rep. It was going to be 45 minutes. They have a guy standing at the door taking names & giving you wait times. Why can't that person hand out kits? I've been a customer for almost 15 years & fork out over $200 a month. It was very annoying & unnecessary.

Could you please provide some additional information regarding the reward such as redemption process and more? Some Xfinity Rewards are shipped to the home which can take up to eight weeks for processing and shipping. Was the redemption process listed shown to visit a local Xfinity Store to receive the product? 

 

We hope to hear from you soon, so we can assist with the Xfinity Reward.

I also received an e-mail today (12-23-2024) instructing me to log in and claim my free popcorn, but there is no option for claiming it when I click on the rewards tab.  Frustrating.

I'm a gold member & received an email for a free popcorn kit. There was not an option once I signed in for this kit. Why are you sending offers to those of us who apparently are not eligible? What a waste of time!
