Poor customer service

Two payments for the same amount were taken out of my account. I called customer service. They cannot help me. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and given the runaround hung up on several times and could never speak to a manager or supervisor.

Ugh, that sounds beyond frustrating—and after being with us for over 10 years, you absolutely deserve better than the experience you’ve had. I've been in situations like that too, where you're just trying to get a simple issue fixed, and instead it feels like you're getting passed around with no answers. It's exhausting. 

 

We really appreciate your loyalty over the years, and we hate hearing that you were hung up on or couldn’t reach a supervisor. That’s not the kind of support we stand for, and we definitely want to make this right.
