Poor Customer Service at the "751 West Antelope Drive Layton, UT 84041" store. by "Jake"
On Aug 3rd of 2024 at about 1600 hrs MT, I entered the Xfinity store in Layton Utah. I went in to request a transfer pin for my phone plan. The customer service rep "Jake" stated that they could not give me a transfer pin at the store location. I closed my eyes and stated my reasons for canceling my service. At that point, "Jake" stated I was being rude and threatened to have me trespassed from the store, and was calling the police to to move me from the store. I asked him what did I say that was rude? He could not give me an answer and just kept saying he was calling the police. I left the store calmly and stated I would be reporting this event.
