Poor customer retention service

I’ve been an Xfinity customer over 40 yrs. I was on the legacy plan and 4+ yrs ago Xfinity decided to do away with a promo code on my account which did away with unlimited data and increased my bill by $100 a month plus data overages. Now I’ve spoken with numerous agents trying to resolve finally thought it was and am now experiencing issues but can no longer get through on chat or the phone as my old plan is showing an outage. So they think I’m experiencing an outage until my new billing cycle kicks in. I’m livid!!!

Not to sure how a plan can show as a service interruption, but we can certainly take a look at the services. Sounds like there might be some confusion.
