Poor Connection and the worst customer service I have ever experienced
I have been experiencing intermittent connection drops for a month now. 4 technicians have been out and all left saying it’s “fixed”. I went to the store and they told me the ONLY way to fix my issue is to buy a new gateway and upgrade my speeds. They lied to me to take my money as neither fixed the issue. This morning we woke up with no internet. A live text agent told me that my internet won’t come back on unless I buy the complete xfi. I have screenshots of him telling me that the $120 a month I’ve been paying no longer provides any internet connection and I MUST buy xfi. The last 2 technicians gave me the phone number to the head technician in the area and he will not respond. On top of going unsolved connection issues I am also being hustled and lied to by xfinity sales/sevice reps. I have been a lifelong customer.. [Edited: "Language"] IS GOING ON
