Ponderosa pine trees

We have 65 year-old Ponderosa pine trees in our backyard whose heavy limbs are resting on the cable lines spanning our backyard. How do we schedule an appointment to have them removed before the heavy winter snow hits?

user_zm0z3b Good day! If the trees are on your property, tree trimming or tree removal is generally the homeowner's responsibility, even when branches are resting on Comcast/Xfinity cable lines. Xfinity's public guidance states that property owners are responsible for hiring a qualified tree service or arborist to trim or remove trees on their property, while Comcast typically repairs or replaces damaged lines rather than performing tree removal. We would recommend contacting a licensed arborist as soon as possible to assess and remove the limbs or trees safely.
