Please help

Prime works.  Netflix works.  Roku and Hulu work.  Xfinity Stream does not work.  It fails 5 out of 7 days per week minimum.  Xfinity chat bot doesn't help

Xfinity "live" chat doesn't help. I updated the router ($$$). I installed a net ($$$).  This is not a connection issue or something in my network or ALL of the other services would be affected as well. They are not.  

NEED HELP! PLEASE!  FINALLY!  FOR [Edited: "Language"] SAKE.

Gs1967_. Thanks for posting on our Community forums for assistance. I'm sorry to hear the Xfinity Stream is not working properly. We'd like to help troubleshoot. What kind of device are you using to access the Xfinity Stream App?

As we speak,  xfinity stream is down again.  All other internet services work like a champ.   It goes down almost every single day.  Some days I get alerts (your service is back up) . I don't watch it much,  xfinity stream. But I pay a [Edited: "Language"] ton extra for those local channels. 

It can't just be me.

I access Xfinity stream from one of 3 tvs (different brands)  and my phone.   When it's down on tv, it's down on my phone as well.  

This has been going on for at least 3 months
