Please Bury drop cable line
I have a temporary drop line for more than a month. Xfinity.com work order states utilities marked. They are definitely not marked. I’ve notified customer service a few times and they indicate they will send the crew in a couple of days. Nothing happens
I need 200 ft of cable bored under driveway and buried to my home. I have other work on hold until this is done. The customer service representatives are polite but not capable of escalating the issue. I need help desperately!
