Platinum Rewards Peacock Premium Offer

Under my Rewards activity it shows Active & Claimed.  I never received the confirmation email so I clicked the link xfinity.com/activate-peacock to activate my reward from rewards page.  I get the page that says Sorry your account is not eligible for this reward.

Hey @user_ng068w, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We can certainly help assist with the Peacock Premium subscription that is part of our Xfinity Rewards. It can take a few hours to receive the email. When was the Peacock Premium Xfinity Reward redeemed?

It's been several months since I claimed it.  It doesn't list the claimed date on the rewards activity page.

Thank you for confirming. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can look into what happened with the reward. 
 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
