Plant Extension Help
Hello,
I moved to a new location in a well established neighborhood that was registered to have had internet service, but when I requested my service be transferred to the new location - I was told that my new address was not actually serviceable. I can confirm that there are above ground Xfinity/Comcast lines within a couple hundred feed of my place. I have tried several times with customer service, each time I was encouraged that they could service my new place - only to be told that it was not actually true. My livelihood is online as I'm an IT professional who works from home. I have seen some folks have luck with the forums. Can someone assist me with where to start with getting service to my house?
Sincerely
Again

Private message me your address and we'll take a look for you.
Thanks!

To send a private message to the employee click the "ComcastJonathan" user-id at the top-left corner of their message to reach their profile page, and then click the "Send a message" button to the right of the employee's user-id on that page.
