Every year we are forced to go through a time consuming process to renew our service. Some of us do not have other providers in our area which, obviously, makes it convenient for Xfinity. While this company has made positive strides regarding their customer service, long-time customers are still forced to jump through hoops to renew their service.
My message for Xfinity is this: Please do not tell me how much you appreciate my business when you know that I really have no other choice if I want to have a more reliable form of internet service at my residence. The fact is that you offer a discount for new customers at the same address and that discount is not available to existing customers. You continue to try to push additional services under the guise of providing a "better deal". Believe it or not, some people actually know what is and what is not a "better deal" for their current situation. Your practices exemplify why so many people despise Corporate America, Lobbyist, and many members of Congress.
