Plans for senior citizens

Do you have a plan for senior citizens? I’ve tried to call but can’t get through to a live person

In order to review available discounts, you would need to visit a local Xfinity Store as discounts are not available in all areas and regions. I would be more than happy to review the current account and services to see if we can help provide any savings.

I am 83 years old and I would like to know if there is a senior citizen discount

Unfortunately, we don't currently have a senior citizen discount but we have some great promotions available. I understand wanting to save as much money possible on your bill and would be happy to review your account for available offers. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? 

 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Please help an old senior with his bill I have tried numerous times to get a lower monthly bill and have no one to help me. Other providers are offering deals. I do not want to switch, but maybe forced to. Edit [Customer PII]
