If you're looking to lower your monthly cost while keeping your other services the same, you may be able to review available package options and make changes through the Xfinity app or by signing in to your account online under your services and plan details.

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
