Plan change after trade-in

Part of trade-in promotion I had to switch to Unlimited Plus (premium) plan. The terms of this promotion were "Existing device must be paid in full. Trade-in must be completed within 21 days of phone shipment date. Must maintain line required for offer until trade-in is completed. "

My trade-in is complete and I'm started receiving the credits. I wanted to change the plan from Unlimited , however, I see this message: "Making changes to your data? You'll lose this promotion if you switch to Unlimited: Save $750 on a new phone with Device Trade-in"

The question is will I loose the trade-in credits if I switch from Unlimited Plus (premium) to Unlimited Intro plan ?

Thank you

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey @user_uvf3930, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page.  We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Mobile Data Plans. To help answer your question, if your promotional trade in required changing to the Unlimited Plus Data Plan, downgrading to the Unlimited Plan would downgrade/remove the promotional credits.

Trade-in is completed. But I can't do downgrade the service plan now. Don't you think it's a misleading advertising practice ?

For the trade-in to be complete that would include the promotional credit time period for those credits.

"For the trade-in to be complete that would include the promotional credit time period for those credits. " not sure why this accurate statement wasn't used in the terms and conditions.

"Must maintain line required for offer until trade-in is completed." is a misleading statement.

You can close this topic. I don't have any further questions.
