Hello, @user_wn4inm have you contacted the issuer of the debit card? There should be a support number on the back of the card to set up or recover your pin.
I called and there was no option for a representative or to answer my question. I went online initially and two of the links were spam. I just need the pin number for this refund card I got

We don't have access to the information on the prepaid card, such as the PIN, but you should be able to get that information on the Xfinity Prepaid Card Center website.
