Phone number has changed. Cannot update info
My straight talk telephone number was hacked. Straight talk gave me a new phone number. I tried changing my Comcast password and updating my info. They send verification texts to the old phone number. My recovery email is from an employer I no longer work at. I know my email was compromised because auto forwarding was turned on and being sent to an email address unknown to me. I’ve hit that turned off, but need to secure my account with new info. How can I do this ?

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having access to your account, if your phone number has changed and you no longer have access to the e-mail you have listed on file. I would recommend that you reach directly out to our customer security assurance team at 888-565-4329 as they handle security issues when it comes to the Xfinity emails and log in accounts, they should be able to help you add your new phone number and e-mail address to your Xfinity ID so you can gain access back to your account
