Phone call left me sad

I'm a 20 year customer looking to save money. I called a couple of days ago to drop my bundle and only pay for internet and was shocked (even willing to drop the data speed) at what was offered compared to my current bill and ended the conversation sad with no changes. My family dynamic has changed drastically over the last year with only 1 data hungry child left in the house. I don't need TV or home phone anymore, just the internet.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
