Hi all, perplexity is offering a free year of pro but the code is not available on your rewards page.

I just made a post about this. Someonje replied that this ended around November.

I also saw posts where assistance wasw offered via DM.
I am requesting this kind of assistance with this benefit.
Also saw this in an xFinity/Perplexity promo ad that maybe should have been killed after the fact?
Either way I've been trying for a long time and haven't seen it except once when I started service.
Please contact me with/regarding a code. Thank you

Hello user_obcrfd We appreciate you reaching out on Xfinity Forums. Unfortunately, all codes had to be claimed by 1/31/25 and can be used up until 8/28/25. If you did not receive the claim code by 1/31/25, then you would not be eligible to use this reward. For customers who redeemed the reward before the 1/31/25 cutoff but did not receive the code they are instructed to email support@perplexity.ai per Perplexity's webpage regarding the reward.

There is no specific language in the terms and conditions that state all codes have to be claimed by 1/31/25 nor does it say while supplies last. 

This promotion is open to active Xfinity Rewards members. Existing Perplexity Pro account holders are ineligible to redeem this offer. To redeem your complimentary year of Perplexity Pro, you must sign up prior to August 29th, 2025 using the unique promo code provided to you by Xfinity. Your unique promo code may be used up to eight (8) times. Your access and use of Perplexity Pro is subject to Perplexity’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For further questions or if you run into any issues redeeming the offer, email support@perplexity.ai.
