Pending order

I've recently just joined Xfinity and ordered my Internet service. But now it's telling me that there is a pending order on my account. Is there something I have to do for it to go through or is there something wrong with the system?

Hey there, user_5w9qwz, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your pending order. We are so excited to have you joining Xfinity and want to get your services up and running as soon as possible. I would be happy to take a look at your order to get it completed for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
