Pending Order on this Account

Hello, I am trying to activate the subscriptions that were offered to me for upgrading my internet. However, when I go to activate them there is a notice at the top that says there is a pending order on this account. What do I need to do to resolve that? Thank you.

If you performed the upgrade in the past day or so, it can usually take 24-72 hours for the order to complete fully in our system.  Typically, you must wait for the pending order to complete completely before the activation tool for streaming offers will become available.  

You can check status of the pending order via the Xfinity App.

How long ago did you actually perform the upgrade of service?
