Pedestal Relocation

How do I get a Pedestal relocated?  It is on my lawn next to my driveway, and I need to widen my driveway.  I have tried to use the Chat function with NO success.  Have also contacted Customer Service several times ((800) 934-6489 to no avail.  They have opened a "damage claim ticket [Edited: Personal Information"]' and have wanted to send a technician out to the house to troubleshoot my cable box.  They have no comprehension as to what a "PEDESTAL' is!   They keep asking questions like 'Is it damaged or is it wireless".

PLEASE, someone help.

@user_159000 I did what they asked and DM'd them.  They 'assured' me that a ticket had been opened.  That was 24 days ago and I haven't heard anything since.

@user_159000 I have been calling the general 800 number, they keep opening a ticket and saying someone will call you within 24 hours. Two days later I call and my ticket is closed, this has happened three times. So I'm going to keep calling every three days until someone will talk to mee besides the person on the 800 number

After more than a month (Mar 2 - April 7), I was finally contacted by a person from the 'Cable' department about my Pedestal Relocation Ticket.  He will forward my ticket to the 'Construction' department for action.  I 'should' be contacted in the next 3-4 days by someone in the 'Construction' department to set up a time to look at the location and the 'possibility' of relocating the Pedestal.  The wheels of progress turn slowly.

It's been 7 weeks now and nothing about the Pedestal relocation.  I did have one call from the 'Cable' department after 5 weeks telling me that someone from the 'Construction' department would contact me in 2 or 3 days.  It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing.  I called James [Edited: "Personal Information"] back twice (no answer) and left him 2 messages but no reply or actions.  Still waiting.... 7 weeks now.  No updates.
