Pedestal box
Hi I’ve been waiting now for 4 months to get a pedestal box on my property moved or buried... every time I called they assured me it’s going to be done soon and I’m still waiting. I’m a long time loyal customer since 1993 and I’m really hoping to get this matter resolved in a timely manner thank you.

Hello Amira, I have the same issue. I spoke with someone that was out working on the box about 6 weeks ago and they said their manager would come by to talk to me about moving the pedestal. The manager never came to see me. It’s about 6 feet from my townhome and I’m trying to put in a patio, but it’s in the way. It is also always left in disarray anytime anyone works on it. It’s an eyesore and hazard at times when random wires are left sticking out of it. I heard today that a neighbor of mine just had their pedestal box moved yesterday. Who can I talk to about this further? Thanks very much for any assistance you can give. Shanon
