Peacocks premium reward redemption

Hi, when I follow the steps listed at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers and sign into my account, there is no reward listed for peacock. When I visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock it says "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer. View your current TV & Streaming plan to see available offers, or visit Help and Support for more details." How I do I redeem this reward?

Why would one need a special offer if they are a platinum member? I thought that was one of the perks? I am having the same issue as original poster.

Peacock premium for free is a perk for Xfinity Internet customers with Diamond or Platinum Xfinity membership status. Normally in order to redeem the offer, a member would select the offer in the Xfinity member rewards section of the Xfinity app or website, but if it is not showing up, we can assist. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
