I’m a platinum member but there isn’t an option to activate my peacock subscription that I am supposed to get.

To be eligible for the Xfinity Membership benefit for the Peacock Premium streaming subscription, you would need to be a Platinum/Diamond member along with having an active Xfinity Internet subscription. Do you currently meet both of those qualifications? If you have already redeemed the benefit, it may be located in your redeemed section.

Yes I am a platinum member with an internet subscription but it’s not showing up not even in redeemed
