Peacock

I cant activate my peacock account. I've tried contacting finity Chat, phone support and have even gone to a physical place and they tell me it's Peacock that needs to help me, so i tried asking them for help and they tell me that only Xfinity can help.

I will file a complaint to the FCC and hopefully they can help me out because I've tried just about everything and there is not a single person who can help me.

Hi @User_J9k, we have been seeing some issues with peacock recently. Our engineers have been working hard at getting things resolved, but third-party issues can be quite complicated. Your activation issues may be completely independent of these issues, though. Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
