Peacock

My Xfinity plan allows for a free peacock premium subscription. I had one at my old house but when I moved, I became no longer eligible. However, I am now eligible but, when I go to link my Xfinity account to my peacock account, it says that my Xfinity account is already associated with a peacock account, even though it isn’t

Hey @user_qakpg1 , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding Peacock. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Have you attempted to activate the reward through https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock? You will need to use the email address that you had associated it with Peacock.
