Peacock

My plan says peacock is included. The instructions say to talk to the chat bot, the chat bot doesnt work. How do I active my peacock plan?

Hi there @irishmrnolan ! Thanks for reaching out to us here in the community about your Peacock service! It's one of my favorite things to watch! The activation depends on how you are receiving it. With Gigabit/Gigabit+, as a Diamond/Platinum reward or with NOWTV. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address, the XFINITY ID you are logging in with as well as how you are supposed to be getting the Peacock service from the 3 scenarios I described and that are described in the link. Then also provide me a step by step on how you are going about trying to get it done, so we can help. Thanks!
