Peacock Won't Recognize My Subscription

Hi!

Welp, I'm having a [Edited: Language] of a time trying to access Peacock:  Xfinity insists that I have it as part of my subscription package, but Peacocktv replies that this is wrong and that I need to subscribe.  I spoke with an actual human being at Xfinity who said that, yes, I have a valid subscription BUT that I can't access it until I have at least 100 (or perhaps it was 1000?) mbps internet speed, which...what now?  I just ran a test through Comcast, and it claimed my system clocked in at 488 mbps, which has had no problems running PC and PS5 games at the same time, so I don't see why Peacock would have a problem if World of Warcraft doesn't.

So, that doesn't really make a lot of sense for me--plus, it doesn't explain why Peacock won't recognize my subscription.  I've gotten so desperate to watch Paris-Nice that I actually tried to just pay for a subscription, but the site then tells me that it can't complete the action, which, again...what now?

And before anyone brings it up, no, there is no apparent issue with activation:  Xfinity marks the Peacock app with a nice check-mark and doesn't give me an option to do anything other than possibly upgrade to Ultra Special Peacock Plus.  

What's the disconnect?  How do I make the parts connect?  Watching cycling last year on Peacock wasn't so [Edited: Language] hard:  what's going on???

Hi,

I'm a diamond member and yesterday I had no trouble accessing peacock, today it won't recognize my account, I logged in and still nothing.  What do I do?
