Peacock with Gigabit Extra

Hello, I was able to access Peacock Premium as a free add-on to my gigabit extra service for a couple of months, but suddenly this week, Peacock stopped recognizing that. When I navigate to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock, Xfinity says I'm already activated and sends me to Peacock, which doesn't think so. My last communication with Peacock e-mail customer service said that my Peacock account was unlinked from Xfinity and asked me to contact Xfinity to fix that, so here I am. Any suggestions for next steps would be appreciated! (Although, if it involves direct messaging thru a link in the upper right-hand corner after signing in, I don't see it). Thanks!

Hi @TomTee Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. We will be happy to look into your account and see if it is showing linked on the Xfinity side. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

@XfinityJanelle I have the same problem.  I have Peacock Premium as a promotional for gigabit internet.  When I navigate to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock, Xfinity says I'm already activated and sends me to Peacock, which doesn't think so.
